I just wanted to share a few ways we have used doTERRA Essential Oils to help with common issues with the grandbaby.
Diaper Rash – We’ve been pretty lucky in the diaper rash area. J Baby has not had many bouts of diaper rash. However, several weeks ago she had a bad one. First her Momma wanted to try Destin….lots of tears and it seemed that it stung her. The next diaper change I decided to try Lavender and Roman Chamomile mixed with a bit of Fractionated Coconut Oil. When I applied it I got the sense from her reaction that it was soothing and felt good. The next diaper change I could see a significant improvement. I used the Lavender/Roman Chamomile one more time and the rash disappeared.
Sleep – A couple of drops of Lavender on her feet or her back helps her to settle down at night and gives her and her mommy a good night sleep.
Constipation/Diaherra – DigestZen mixed with a bit of Fractionated Coconut Oil (FCO) on the tummy or feet.
Breathe – Mixed with FCO and rubbed on her chest and back helped with congestion and cough and that never developed into anything worse.
