Serenity…

March 30, 2010 by Thauna Leave a Comment

I LOVE this oil blend!!

For about 6 months or longer, I’ve been suffering from various sleep problems: insomnia, jumpy/restless legs (officially called Periodic Limb Movement Disorder), and sleep apnea. Prior to doTERRA I was either taking a muscle relaxer OR a sleeping aid medication. Which in turn caused a lot of morning grogginess that would sometimes carry through the day.

Then came doTERRA. I used Lavender first and had some nights of restful sleep, but then I thought I’d try Serenity before bed. I thought that some of my trouble sleeping was partially caused by feeling anxious and stressed induced and was hoping that it would help me relax and enable me to fall to sleep easier.

Oh yeah, Serenity is the ticket for me! A drop on my temples, behind my ears, and on my wrists. I read for about 20 minutes and I am ready to board the sleepy train.
